I had stopped for the night for a health reason and decided to stop in at the area hospital down the road. The front desk was friendly and the motel was located close to the highway and to gas stations and fast-food restaurants. I ended up needing some things and drove the extra couple miles into the town of Mendota - I recommend this if you are staying or need anything, as the town is lovely and the people I interacted with friendly and helpful.

Close to starved rock. Only gave it a 10 due to the staff was exceptional and very accommodating. The poor woman who checked us told me that unfortunately all of housekeeping had quit and if I needed anything I’d have to come to front desk to get it. No cleaning or garbage taken out due to lack of staff. Front desk clerk was only employee in whole place.

The two desks guys scott and Jesse were very friendly. And we love our stay.

There was an issue with the first room we were given, but when we returned to the desk, we were moved upstairs to a very nice room. We appreciated their willingness to listen to our concerns and move us to a different room.

We didn't have breakfast. IDK if it wasn't offered because of Covid. We went to McDonalds next door. Front desk lady was very nice.

They fix the hotel up alot since the last time I stayed there.
